As you enter, the front part of the centre is a shop but as you walk in, and turn right, there's a good range of free leaflets etc.

Newcastle is a market town which has a library, job centre and is busy with market stalls and shops. When I visited the reception area was very helpful.

Great staff. Always ready to help. I've got great advice in here a few times on places to visit and routes to follow. The shop has a great selection of trinkets for gifts or souvenirs. They also stock a good selection of ordinance survey maps along with other maps, that cover a wide range of Northern Ireland not just the local area.

My wife and I attended the regular Thursday afternoon social dance today at the Newcastle Centre. Two great hosts - Joe and Edith - provide a very enjoyable afternoon of lovely music and good dancing. Both make learning new dances a pleasure. Tea, coffee and biscuits during the break is a bonus.

The staff in here are so friendly! We asked someone working here about accommodation for a future trip and she gave us so much information and contact details etc. She also told us about lots of events that will be happening around the time that we will be visiting Newcastle. Very impressed!
