Tina, Georgia and Geoff deserve a special shout out for providing excellent communication up and down the chain. We have used Bundy and Bond as letting agents for a number of years so when we decided to sell one of our properties it was natural to select their sales team to help us.
The whole sales team were excellent from start to finish. They gave good advice and managed prospective purchasers well ensuring they we able to view the property at a time to suit them not when it was convenient.
They recommended a couple of solicitors to handles the conveyance and the one we chose was also top notch. They worked with Bundy and Bond keeping everyone informed which all helped a smooth sale.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is buying or selling a home as the level of care was first class at all times.

Knowing Tina and Mary for some years, I knew that they would be the best people to sell a property for us. CAUTION!..
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received From Bundy & Bond, We were within 2/3 weeks away from completion and the sale fell through based on complete lack of communication and breakdown in trust & Agreement with no accountability.

I entered into a agreement with this company, and they have failed to uphold out communication needs. Despite clear terms and commitments made verbal and documented via email, they did not follow through on what was promised.
To add, this happened twice in the process of dealing with Bundy & Bond

A complete breach of an agreement in terms of communication which has just been met with vague responses and complete avoidance. Not only am I now left in a difficult position, but the trust I had in this company is now completely shattered.

If you're looking for a company that honours its commitments, look elsewhere. I cannot recommend them based on my experience, and I would advise caution to anyone considering entering into an agreement with them.
