From coming to look at the property until the day of the removal the staff at Bricks & Mortar were SO helpful & very efficient.
The photographs taken of our home were excellent as was the description.
Whenever I phoned with a question Susan or Phoebe were quick to answer or to get back to me as soon as possible.
Carl runs a very professional estate agents & has surrounded himself with excellent staff, from the photographer to the office staff & makes a very stressful process as stress free as is possible.
Fees are very competitive too & when I moved, Bricks & Mortar was offering a flat fee paid upfront which was very reasonable.

Fantastic personal service. Carl has a great team who genuinely care! I went to Bricks and Mortar as my Son had use them previously and said they’d been brilliant… and they were. Our house Sale / Purchase turned into a bit of a nightmare unfortunately, but Phoebe was exceptional in trying to move things forward with the chain.
