I recently had an incredible experience renting a Luton van from Enterprise in Rochdale, and it was all thanks to a fantastic guy named Arif! From the moment I called, he made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Arif's professionalism, warmth, and friendly demeanor made everything feel effortless. He clearly explained each step, leaving no room for confusion or worry. I can't recommend this company enough, and Arif is truly a star! He transformed what could have been a mundane task into a flawless experience. Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing that could have been better!

Michael handled the handover of the car and was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy while still giving me all the info I needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better start.

On return, Rebal looked after us and was just as fantastic. Efficient, approachable, and genuinely helpful — made the whole experience stress-free. Both Michael and Rebal deserve huge recognition (and honestly, a pay rise!) for the way they look after customers.

The car itself was spotless, reliable, and perfect for what I needed. Even though this was a last-minute hire, the service felt personal and first-class.

I’ve been given a courtesy car from them after an accident. Although they hadn’t booked one for me originally, the young man who was the area manager was fabulous, offering to drop one at my house. I didn’t go for that option in the end as I needed to get to sleep but even the day after, I was served by another young man who was really polite and very helpful. Would recommend.

Wanted to share my shockingly bad experience from Enterprise at Rochdale!
We needed a car following an incident where a car hit my car that was parked up. We were told to attend Enterprise to collect the car at 10am which I needed to leave work to do. When I arrived the car wasn't ready and was still dirty from previous use. I advised them that unfortunately we had arranged the set time for a reason, and therefore I couldn't wait an extra hour whilst they cleaned it. When I switched the engine on the service light, oil light and back tyre pressure light all came up. The company said it would be okay to drive, and at this point I had already been there a while so went away. We was then only able to use the car for short journeys as we didn't want to risk it - so we was stuck in all weekend and only used it to go to work and back during the week. When it came to arranging the return of the car, at first it was agreed that they would pick the car up.. then they backtracked and said that we had to drop the car off!! After lots of phones calls backwards and forwards, they finally agreed they would collect the car which is what the agreement was in first place. When the man came to collect the car he even commented about all the lights being on, and in his words he couldn't believe the company had given us a car with all them warning lights!!
The main reason I am writing this is review is after all this we were blindsided by the manager. He rang me and apologised for the experience which he said was an 'awful experience ' and begged my wife not to write a bad review, as we had received a link that day to review Enterprise. He said he would resolve the issue and sort compensation for us. He then didn't phone Thursday or Friday so when we clicked the link on Friday to review the experience, the link had miraculously expired. I am conceived this is the reason he lied to us so we wouldnt write this review which again just tops off the terrible experience we had! Avoid this company if you want a stress free experience !!

I just wanted to take a moment to leave some positive feedback for my recent experience with Enterprise, specifically for the excellent service I received from the branch manager, Zeeshan.

Initially, I had an issue with my rental—due to a change in dates, I was being offered a much smaller car, which was really concerning as I needed space for a car seat for my 2-year-old. At first, I wasn’t happy with the situation, but Zeeshan took the time to explain everything clearly and professionally.

What really stood out was how he listened to my concerns and went out of his way to find a solution. Understanding my circumstances, he arranged for a free upgrade to a larger vehicle, which made a huge difference to my trip and gave me real peace of mind. He truly went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful for that.

People often only leave feedback when things go wrong, so I really wanted to take the time to highlight a great experience. Thanks again, Zeeshan — your help made a massive difference!

Top bunch at Rochdale – hired a Nissan Qashqai for work. Keeps the job fresh swapping cars. Joe’s always grinning like he’s won the lottery, Rubel’s sound – warned me about the congestion charge, but still got stung on Dartford crossing. good prices, best customer service , and the staff don’t talk to you like robots. Spot on.

Our first experience of using a rental car for many years. This had been arranged whilst our own car was away for repair. Lovely knowledgeable staff who ensured we were completely happy with the car selected and that my husband was happy with the controls.
Even better, we were given a lift home on returning the car.
Everything was efficient and the staff know their business and are lovely to deal with. We would not hesitate to use Enterprise again. Thank you so much, it has been a pleasure to deal with you.

The GPS took us so far away from the Rental Car Return location that we missed our flight, costing us $2,800 CA. It regularly froze and led us to wrong locations. The car, itself, was very nice but the GPS was horrible.
