Would rate 0 if I could, this company and their other retail arm (Bedding Comfort Store) is a scam. No order confirmation sent on placing the order, no update to the shipping status, but I could only track it by using the browser history to get the order number. Not good enough.

Tried to cancel my order before it shipped, which I am legally entitled to do, and been completely ghosted, no response to emails and no refund. The company is deliberately hard to get hold of. Reading the reviews this is not the only case and will be reporting this company to authorities

Non-reponsive company, misleading advertising - avoid

I purchased 4 premier inn pillows after a 3 night stay at a premier inn. 3 nights amazing sleep i bought the like for like pillows for £70+.

They bare no resemblence, they are hard and unusable. I have now reached out to Sartex 3 times with zero response. Don't be conned by this money spinner

Place and order through Premierinnathome receive the pillows had to send them back as they were too hard Exchange them for me and send them to yodel yodel told me they couldn’t find them.

Sartex they will speak to the warehouse manager to get in touch with Yodel several hours went by and I called him back and asked him if they can call the original one back and dispatch me some new ones yes we can do that.

I ordered four hotel pillows from Sartex after resourcing and deciding they were the closest to Premier Inn pillows. I am certainly not disappointed!! They were delivered really quickly and are absolutely brilliant quality. Fully recommend this company

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Non-existent customer services never reply to emails and can't get through on the phone. This is the Premierinnathome band. The product was estimated 3 to 5 days and took nearly a moth. Then arrived no good so trying to arrange a return which seems impossible.

My experience with this company started badly , but ending with happy ending.
Originally I ordered from Wowcher a duvet set which was from Sartex Quilts & Textiles Ltd we’re supposed to receive on 6/09/22 , ordered on 12/08/22. After waiting 4 weeks called the company on 7/09/22 , the lady answering just blew me off saying someone contact me later today , no one did , in between I got sick , week later I called to General enquiries again same thing happened different lady said this is general enquiries we don’t deal with Wowcher someone else does and that person is @ lunch break he will call you after 2pm I waited almost 3 hrs ! Nothing until I called General enquiries again this time I got very polite , and very help man called Adeel , he listen to my grievous within 10 minutes Mr. Adeel sorted my problem out he went and checked the warehouse if my duvet set was available, luckily it was he quickly had send to me within 24 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.
Mr Adeel was amazed why it was sorted first time I called ? And why it took almost 6 from Rochdale to London for parcel to be sent and received !
I’m sorry long story what I would like to say to this company is needs please hire more people like Mr Adeel who are very helpful with excellent customer services.
Again I would like to give this gentleman 5* for excellent services.
