First time and last time. Deco was terrible and dated compared to other dessert places. Ordered the Oreo double and the whole thing tasted of Nutella chocolate. Staff didn't ask if wanted to eat in/out so he had get it out from the bag. They advertise it's on ceramic plate on the wall but it comes with cardboard box. The plastic soon is not fit for purpose. Terrible customer service, terrible food. Never again

First time coming here and it wasn't too bad, the waffle was decent and the store itself was cleaning and welcoming. The staff took my order almost straight away and I didn't have to wait as long as they said so that was a positive.

The only thing I didn't agree with is the size of the portion, I thought it was small compared to other places and for similar prices, so i would say it didn't offer great value for money, but maybe just off by a small margin.

Ordered ferrero waffle and kinder waffle I. e fresh but honestly I don’t like that because taste like flour only I taste Ferrero andkinder chocolate. Personally base was not waffle base. Presentation is good
More importantly, the store manager was warm and welcoming I give 2 out of 5.

Absolutely unacceptable – terrible customer service and no accountability

I’ve been a loyal customer at the Rochdale branch for years. While the quality has had its ups and downs, I stuck with them because the good generally outweighed the bad. After today, I’m honestly shocked at how poorly I was treated — and I won’t be going back.

On July 4th, I ordered two large waffles (Rainbow and Ferrero Rocher) and an Oreo milkshake. When I got home and tried the Ferrero Rocher waffle, it tasted disgusting — extremely bitter with a chemical, almost almond-like taste and an off-putting smell. I’ve had this waffle many times before, so I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I even had someone else try it and they immediately spat it out.

I called the store to report the issue and was immediately dismissed. The person on the phone told me no one else has complained, as if that somehow invalidates my experience. After a frustrating back-and-forth, I was told I could come back in for a replacement.

I drove back, waited in line (despite already explaining the issue), and was then told by a staff member — after tasting it himself — that nothing was wrong with it. That’s just blatant dishonesty. I left the store frustrated and extremely disappointed by the lack of basic customer service.

To make matters worse, I later saw a review on Google from just five days ago describing the exact same issue — bitter taste and bad smell with the Ferrero Rocher waffle. So I clearly wasn’t the only one. The staff either didn’t know or chose to lie about it. Either way, it’s unacceptable.

I understand mistakes happen — that’s not the problem. The issue is how they were handled: dismissive attitude, no accountability, and no genuine attempt to resolve the situation. Completely unacceptable.

Waiting for my order for 35 minutes when I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes.

Seems like they don’t have the capacity to deal with busy times.. maybe Santa needed to give them another cookie dough and waffle machine so they can prepare orders faster

Wow wow wow, went to this gem of a place yesterday, and the food MashaAllah amazing. The waffles on point, aero mint waffles, also off the menu item the dubai knafa chocolate sundae ♥️👌👌👌

We ordered it home. The cheesecake was so small and thin slice that half of this price would be way too much. The taste was below average as well. I really ate better and cheaper from supermarkets. Waffles were not waffles at all, not in the shape of such and not in taste. They tasted like soggy, oily doughnuts. Cookie was fine. And just fine is not enough for that price. Honestly, not worthy. I took a photo comparing what we got with a small fork. It's not even the full length of a small fork. And it's so slim.

Incredible waffles, absolute revelation, easily best waffles I've ever had. Milkshakes also really good, nice thickness and great flavour to them. Excellent value for money as well considering how good the waffles are. Honestly I hope these guys do an extra large or XXL because a large is just not enough 🙂
