We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Citygate Škoda. Our company rented a car and returned it in excellent condition, with a signed check-out document confirming no damage. However, a significant portion of my deposit was deducted for alleged damage, and despite multiple requests, no evidence has been provided to substantiate this claim.

What makes this even more shocking is the complete lack of communication from both the area manager and the group rental manager, despite repeated follow-ups. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable.

I expected far better professionalism and transparency from Citygate Škoda. I strongly urge them to review their processes and address these serious shortcomings in customer service.

Everything from booking the car online, getting competitive quotes, pick and drop was very smooth. The car condition was excellent and offered a good mileage with AC turned on during heatwave. I would definitely recommend vwfs rent a car not just for service but for their quality products. Keep it up guys.

Excellent customer service from the Watford team. I lost my job & company car and needed a car quickly to be able to accept a new job. The online booking system was quick and easy. I collected my rental car in the first lockdown and everything from collection to drop off was quick and easy.
I highly recommend VWFS rent a car ( 3 other friends have used them on my recommendation) especially Gary Stagg the area manager.

Very good friendly service and a much better overall experience compared to other agencies in Watford. Rentalcars did not inform them about my reservation, however, Slobodan was very efficient and arranged an extended period for my rental with an upgraded car for the same rate, although it could have been cleaner inside. The return process was very quick. Definitely recommend and will rent there again.

Simple, quick and easy car rental directly from the VW dealership in Watford. Prices are generally lower than the main car hire places. Very happy with the service and would use again.

I recently rented a Sharan from the range for the 6 of us. The car was really well kept and had plenty of storage for all our bags. The staff member was also very friendly and couldn't have helped more.

We rented out the new t cross for our holiday and it was a lovely car to drive, the fuel economy was excellent it was comfortable and for a 1.0 litre engine it coped really well with motorways.
The boot was spacious and it was perfect size for myself and my partner.
