Great fun, great menu and a lovely friendly host! Well run, in a good space in John Lewis. The only reason it’s 4 not 5 stars is that in my opinion it would have been better to be cooking alongside the host instead of listening and watching to the menu being cooked for 45/50 minutes before getting an information overload and then expected to remember the fine details. As a cooking experience, my partner and I really enjoyed it and the communal dining after to eat your own cooked food was really good. Would recommend.

Took the Bread Baking Class and it was so fun and so informative. We wanted to learn to make bread and boy did we ever! We made 3 kinds of breads, made lunch sandwiches with our own bread, and took our other breads home. Our instructor was awesome - so interesting and informative. Small class size. 12 people. Easy to follow even if you're not a baker. Highly recommend this class! YUMMY!!!

Absolutely loved the session. We went to the adult and child bread making session at John Lewis, london. I went with my 2 granddaughters and daughter-in-law. We had the best of time. It was such a laugh. The tutor was wonderful and so knowledgeable. He made the session great. The breads came out lovely. So worth the money. One of my best days out ever.

I bought a voucher for 2 off Virgin Experiences for my girlfriend’s birthday and went last night to do the Vietnamese cooking session and it was excellent! Brilliantly hosted by Steve and kindly assisted by Sarah, we both had an excellent time. The vibe was fun, Steve held the room in a fun and engaging manner - and explained everything very well. The food was lovely and it was nice to have a glass of fizz upon arrival and then the chance to buy a couple more (beers and wine also available). We can’t wait to come back and do one of the other 44 courses available! A perfect treat for any duo - couldn’t recommend these more enough!

Had a wonderful morning honing my pasta-making skills and making different shapes of ravioli. The instruction was top notch and learning atmosphere was fun. What I really appreciate is they didn't cancel the class despite the low number of participants. I can't wait to get home and cook up some yummy pasta for my family.

This is our third class, this time it was thai food.

What prompted me to write this review is how caring Shannon. She made sure we understood, did things as well as possible and had a good time.

Her expert tips and knowledge were also really good.

Jacob is also very nice and has a really lovable personality.

Their classes are good, but what made me write this review was how relaxed, chilled and unhurried this class was. It all felt really natural.

Attended with my son to do Rendang curry. It was very good, very tasty dish, probably will do again at home. Not sure on the charging for drinks though, other cooking schools do not and are cheaper too. The location is great if you are in Islington, not so if you are South London, quite a journey. There were enough workstations for everyone, the class content was good along with the follow up email of recipe.

A fabulous experience which was full of golden nuggets of cookery magic as well as a lot of fun. The pacing of the session was just right and allowed for a calm and relaxed atmosphere of cooking together with the added ease of everything being there that we needed. We cooked the Southern Indian Prawn Curry — delicious! Thanks to Robin for a great couple of hours.
