I will not rent from Enterprise again. They tried to make me pay for damage to a van (bumper misalignment?) that I had rented that I did not do. Luckily I won the dispute and was refunded the £1200. Enterprise staff forged my signature on a document claiming I was aware of the damage. The manager, Charles Kamara, told me this is standard practice. Joshua Jones, from the Woking branch, is equally shady.

Just dropped off my rental after picking it up yesterday, the whole process was super smooth and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. It was a last-minute booking and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. The car was in impeccable condition and drove better than my own! Highly recommend.

I wuld give mius star if I could, been charged 2000£ for a chip in windscreen that was there already. It's looks like when you rent a vehicle from enterprise make sure that you clean the road before yor travel, and keep it in a garage or put ppf from your pocket. I never been robbed but I do feel like it now!

Recently used this company for a 2 day hire. I took back the van early as there was a warning light on re tyres. I visited the garage and put air in however the warning light did not go out! I wanted to let the guy there know what the tyre pressures were before I put air in. The guy couldn't have been more rude, walking away as I was talking. No manners. Would never use again.

Hired a van from here about a month ago to move house. Was called at 8:30 pm the day before to be told that they did not have a long wheel base van and were going to give me a short wheel base. I am moving home so short wheel base means more trips and more petrol. I told them no and drove to the shop irate. The person I spoke to on the phone was condescending and rude, refusing to hire me a van because I was irate. They should have made sure I had the lwb van in the first place instead of trying to fob me off because they couldn't do their job properly. And to top it all off, I haven't been reimbursed for the booking. Will never use this branch again.

Charles & Ose offered such amazing service. They went through everything thoroughly with me step by step. Visited Enterprise Sidcup on 3 seperate occasions recently due to servicing at Land Rover.

I had the pleasure of being greeted by the Fantastic 3! Charles, Tom and Ryan, they had all provided TOP class customer service from the pre-booking stages to collecting the car at the branch and drop offs.

Each time they were very selective to my meet my rental needs, even when the dealer had limited budget, Charles went out his way to ensure the vehicle was as close to what I'd like. Following the return of vehicle at dealer, they would always give me a courtesy call to confirm pickup and advise any further after service they could provide, this shows how much they really care about their returning customers!

I would highly recommend this branch with these team members, they really are at the top of their game nowadays! The last three experience had just been smooth sailing to date.

The only additional feedback would be to perhaps valet the interior of the car fuether where time permits to ensure its squeaky clean for the next customer. Otherwise big kudos to the team and branch! And thank you once again.

I would give 0 stars, CHARLES T KAMARA the male assistant manager and another male employee OSE EDEKO HARASSED us, ringing us every 2-3 minutes, my car was repaired on the 21st and returned to me very late, on the 22nd I emailed them to collect the car as I am now on holiday, they then demanded £350 for it being returned late, they collected on the 23rd morning so not even 24hrs over the return date, being on holiday and having over 50 phone calls, very aggressive and intimidating men on the other side of the phone, the crash was not my fault so the other insurance were paying for the car, told them we were home on the 30th and would ring the insurance and if any money was owed by me, it would be paid, if not the insurance will pay it eventhough £350 for 24hrs over the return date is ludicrous, they continued to say we HAD to pay this money NOW and then threatened with baliffs for a payment that was only asked for 1 day ago, we continued to say we will sort it on the 30th when back in england, they then said "WELL MAYBE ILL JUST RING MR SMITH AND GET HIM TO PAY THE MONEY" we said it has nothing to do with him, its not hes to pay and he has a lot on hes plate and does not need calls from you, BUT did they accept this NO they went on to ring and ring and ring mr smith constantly telling him that he NEEDED to pay because I couldnt because I was abroad and ive told enterprise to ring and him and get the money off him! To which mr smith age 67 paid the money feeling very pressured into doing so! Before this, they told me they dont use email and not to email BUT after receiving the money, emailed me a very smarmy email stating that mr smith has paid the money and now the debt it clear WOW the attitude on these 2 men was disgusting. They then proceeded to lie to the claims team and told them that my car was repaired on the 17th July and I didnt return the rental until the 23rd which was a lie, the car was finished on the 21st and returned after 9pm and the rental was collected morning of 23rd. I can see from the reviews that I am not the only one who feels the need to complain about these 2 men. A formal complaint has been made and I hope these 2 men are humbled. Disgusting, rude employees.
