I am very pleased with their service. Unlike previous customers, I did not have any issue sending parcel to Nepal. It took few working days to reach the parcel to the recipient. During the whole process, I was kept updated whereabouts of parcel on Whatsapp. Reason of not rating 5/5 was, in Nepal the custom fee was charged more than what was told beforehand.

Bad experience…delayed more than 1 month (they said due to customs issue)…when box received in Nepal many items were lost, chocolate box were opened, worst service…totally waste of money…paid nearly £160 here plus about Rs 8000 in Nepal customs and at the end they loot the items as well…

If there is option to no start then i ll obviously choose that. These people are not worth to give even one star. They are just scammers and fraud. We have sent our parcels in 2 separate box in September to Nepal. They lost our one box and even they didn’t give us proper statement. We had to chase them so many times and even once we visited there to confront them and then only they showed some humanity and told us to give one week time for investigation. After one week they just messaged us that our parcel has been lost, what kind of professionalism is that to inform such news in message? Even they said we can trust them 100% so no need to put real worth value on declaration paper and manipulate us to put only 30 pounds on declaration paper. Now we have lost our parcel which cost around 300-350 pounds and what should we do now? Just settle for 30 pounds?

So I humbly request everyone do not trust them, if you have any other options available then please try to avoid them.

The parcel handling up to London is fine, but the parcel thereafter was delayed by a month to get to Nepal. They blame customs for not delivered parcel which they promised to be delivered before Dashain. Their handler in Nepal is unreliable and sets hidden charges beyond normal prices. Overall, extremely poor service. I am still waiting my parcel to be delivered. I feel like I have been scammed!

Wow!, the staff of the company are very good. They really know what they're doing. Very friendly, and renders good advice that will help you achieve your goal in a cost-effective way.
Their customer relations are next to nothing. You will not regret buying your tickets or doing business with them.

Service is not good.it takes long days to delivered in Nepal.they take long working day to clear the custom.i will not suggest this place to send rather use DHL

I wish I could be able to leave 0 star review.
I have never been to this place and today UPS dropped my order there as I was at work.
I went to collect it in the spare 2 mins I had as I was booke with my GP and they said to wat a bit then after this I was waitimg for the man to scan my order and I said please I have GP appointment when I was answered by the rude man "I have GP appointment as well" and he sat down.I am so dissapointed not only by him but by people beaing so mean amd they do not even know what you are going through.I suffer from depression for years and when you barealy try to hold up people are treating you that way.So dissapointed and disgusted!
