Not friendly on phone. Often cancel trips you booked. It’s never certain that you will get to go on the trip you paid for. They will cancel a few days before departure. When there is a fight on the coach they do nothing about it. Just let people get drunk and swear at arch other which escalated into more. They ignore it. Coaches are old. I’m surprised they are still in business. Brookline and Crosskeys are by far superior, professional and have much better coaches too.

Avoid this company. Customer satisfaction is not a priority. Trip to Hampton Court flower show cancelled with three days notice leaving us with tickets and no easy way of getting there. Unreliable and untrustworthy.

Terrible experience. The driver didn’t know the route so it took over 5 hours to get to bourton-on-the-water. So only 3 and a half hours there. On the way Back driver announced that he is changing drivers at south Minns. We got there in less than 2 hours which was great but other driver couldn’t get there so we had to go to lakeside Thurrock to collect the driver. I have vertigo so found going across the dart ford bridge very stressful. The journey home also took 5 hours. I do blame the driver but if he is not allowed so long why was there not 2 drivers on the coach. The coach was also uncomfortable with horrible seatbelts ( across the body) and no leg room for my disabled mother. Would not use again

After buying tickets for Hampton court, ebdons cancelled trip . Obviously phoned to complain and was put through to the unprofessional managing director. Arrogant, didn't care and got annoyed with me when I refused to sucome to his intimidating tone. Told him I would leave a negative review, and he said 'go for It' cannot believe the diabolical way they feel they can treat customers. WOULD DEFINITELY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

We went here 2019 staff were very helpful and so polite we went colchester zoo back in August and we had to be at a bus stop for pick up time and it was really easy to get to driver was so friendly as well I understand that there is a certain time to get back to coach but it would be nice for a little longer than normal so you can have a longer look around at the zoo instead of rushing back but it is so handy to use these coaches especially when you don't drive thank you for getting us there an back all good and safe back then it was a day to remember that's for sure 🥰
