Our experience with Robinson Jackson’s Welling branch was extremely positive. Their Sales Negotiator Jack D… was accommodating, punctual, and highly professional. He arrived at each viewing well-prepared with detailed brochures and demonstrated impressive knowledge of the properties we viewed and the surrounding area.

We particularly appreciated his viewing style – he quickly understood our needs and budget offering suggestions of other properties on the market. He gave us the space to look around while always being available to answer our questions. He is a genuinely pleasant and approachable individual, which made the daunting process of home buying, stress-free.

Although we ultimately purchased a property through another company, our experience with Robinson Jackson highlighted why they are regarded as one of the market leaders. Highly recommended!

The lovely Sue came today for the first time to show our beautiful house to prospective buyers. Sue only works at Robinson Jackson on a Saturday as she does stellar work with special needs children during the week and she was so good and professional in a respectful way, that I would like her to take responsibility for our house. Although I'm sure the rest of the team will be equally professional. Harrison the Branch Manager knows his business and I should know as in days gone by I have worked for Estate Agents in Mayfair, Chelsea and Blackheath although at the time I was the lowly bookkeeper. The bookkeeper/ accountant sees and knows everything!
