We used One To Eight Passenger Travel for the first time this summer for our journey to and from Gatwick Airport. Both journeys were hassle free, the driver arrived at the time requested, both drivers there and back were polite, friendly and professional. I used this company for the first time recently, they are fantastic, going to Gatwick the driver was John, he arrived a few minutes early, which was great, what a lovely helpful man. Despite the traffic on M25 he still managed to get there in an hour. On the return journey we had Dennis, everything went like clockwork. Even though we had an hour and half delay. I knew there was a delay in the morning so I did send a message to advise them, when we eventually arrived at Gatwick, I received a message from Dennis asking me to ring him once we had our luggage, I waited until we were through customs, didn’t want him having to wait for us. He told me exactly where to wait, said he’d be a few minutes, we waited for about a minute when he arrived. Another very nice and helpful person, even asked if I needed to stop for milk, didn’t need to. He unloaded the cases and walked them to the front door, even offered to take them in. Would I recommend this company, a big yes, 100% I would. Thank you 1 to 8 you are brilliant.

Highly recommend 1 to 8 Travel. Booked a transfer to Gatwick airport as we had two large suitcases and bike boxes. The communication ahead of journey was excellent and we had some last minute advices due to traffic changes. Our driver was John, it was excellent service from him. He was super careful with our luggage and time in drive was quick. John clearly communicated where we need to go for a pickup.
Will definitely use this service again. Overall very positive experience. Thank you.
