Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I came in with a vague idea of where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do and they made sure I had everything I asked for. I felt they really went the extra mile for me. Nothing was too much trouble even down to helping me with my online check in for the flights! Would highly recommend and will be booking again soon!

Mollie and the girls were so helpful when our flights were cancelled. Arranging alternatives and guiding us through the various steps.
When other customers came in making abusive comments to them regarding cancelled flights I was impressed with the calm professional way they dealt with it.

Was on the phone over 20 minutes the cs took all the details about what we wanted. Promised to send email with options. Nothing. Why would you spend over £2k with a company at the very least can’t even keep their word.

Very disappointing. It is little wonder, travel agents are becoming absent from the high streets. This agent wasn't able to perform a task, but when I went on line, I had a result within 15mins. Wasted journey to this location they need to become more efficient.
