Unfortunately, after booking a van for my son’s university move, I was let down last minute via email which I didn’t even see straight away. A company with decent customer service would have telephoned to ensure the message got through but did not happen. A van showed as available, I added all drivers details to make check in easier as it offered this through a link. I received all information about collected to be told that they were fully booked. Furthermore, payment was taken and I have not received a refund and I had to pay out more money to get another van in time. There are other local van hires who are reliable with better customer service. Please don’t risk this.

We booked a van over the weekend as we were completing our house move today. We paid and the booking was confirmed.
My husband arrived this morning to no van, can you even imagine this as you are moving house.
They said someone was still using it.
Why confirm and take out money if you have no van.

Disgusting behaviour and treatment from Enterpise Waterlooville. I booked a Large van a month before the event I needed this van for. I was informed a night before the date that there won’t be any vans available for me and there are no replacements nearby. They promised to call me in the morning next day, which didin’t happen. I came in person to ask about this but they couldn’t help me and had nothing to offer instead. Very disappointed with the lack of service provided.
