Once again this garage to the rescue. Was relayed in unexpectedly, not pre-booked so a slight delay in getting to my car. Quoted, invoice cheaper than quote, you only pay for what they have done. They have my trust.

What a find, has to be one of the best local garages if not the best. My wife's Mini had a brake vibration, I called Clarks and asked them for a quote and asked if it was best to deal direct or book it via a 3rd party, they were really honest and said check the price, given that answer I booked it directly with them, I liked the honesty, the job was give or take £300, the morning the car was dropped off, I got a call saying we don't think it needs all this work, and you might be able to save some money (quite a lot actually) In the long run they tried a few things, re building a brake calliper and sadly it didn't fix the problem , so they had to change all the brakes and pads, but, they never charged for that 'investigation' work, or re building the calliper, they just charged for the original work, and even then it still came in about £30 cheaper.... overall, great communication, great work, and a great company and team, can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

My first time using this garage. I was a bit worried going to the garage by myself being a young female as I've had other garages see this as an opportunity to try and take advantage for extra money.. but I was really pleased. Car passed it's MOT, the service provided was professional and they were a really friendly team. I felt very comfortable. I've recommended to my family and I will definitely return 😊

really disappointed at the moment... this garage has been recommended by a friend few years ago, I did send an email and after those years didn't have an answer yet, in the meantime I did change the car and sent an email recently; again, no answer at all... tried to call, nobody answers the phone, not the mobile not the landline... It looks like they don't want more customers... out of my list definitely!

I have been taking my vehicles to Clarke's for many years and always found them to be a good place to go. Steve the owner is a very knowledgeable man and will always say if something needs doing and will give you a fair price for the work.
When any work is done, its always done to the very highest of standards and I have no complaints about customer service which is exemplary as always!
I would highly recommend this garage for all your servicing and MOT needs.

Had high hopes reading the reviews.
Booked my wife’s car in for a service all looked good when picked car up.
2 weeks later the under cover came loose and was hanging down dragging on the road.
Got the jack out and on inspection the in Dee cover had been damaged also there was oil all over the filter housing and sump drain plug!
These are very basic things that can be done buy an apprentice. 10 plastic retaining clips and 4 bolts hold up the under cover there are only 3 bolts left, they were all there when the car went in!
Check your car over after work from this place I will not be returning that’s for sure.

A fantastic service from start to finish. My car had two issues which needed to be urgently repaired, within one phone call, I had a courtesy car (no charge!) arranged and a convenient time booked for the repair. The customer service is exceptional, the team at Clarks Auto Service could not do enough for me. Work was undertaken in the specified time, best of all was the cost very reasonable considering I had several quotes all much more expensive. Highly recommended.
