Went in yesterday, with both me and my mum absolutely dreading having to look at mobility aids. Lauren was straight away lovely, helpful, and made looking as easy as possible. She instantly put us at ease and was knowledgeable about the products, as she pulled out exactly what we were looking for 1st try. Put us at such ease that we felt comfortable enough to ask about other things in the show room, which I ended up coming back later in the day, with my dad, to also buy, which she once again was brilliant at helping us with.
