Took my car to Collison’s for the first time recently after having an issue with a wheel losing pressure even after a new tyre (fitted elsewhere).
While it was only a minor fix, they were fantastic. Very transparent from the start, gave me more than enough information and got the job done quickly while I waited.
Cost was more than reasonable and they were really helpful and happy to check a couple of other things I asked them to.
Really nice bunch of guys, professional and efficient. Have now asked them to do my MOT next year due to how great they obviously are. They also offer loads of extra services such as the keep fit for cars and car improvement packages which I love, not that I have used these packages yet. Would highly recommend to everyone, no matter how big or small the job.

Absolutely AMAZING garage, had my tyres changed here and it turned out the locking wheel nut key was missing, the team searched high and low for it and gave me recommendations of where to get them taken off. They held my tyres for me and even managed to fit them the very next morning, as I was on a time crunch, despite them being super busy! Absolutely faultless service and everyone is so lovely. Incredible communication and so helpful! Went above and beyond! Would give 10 stars if I could!

You can really trust Collision to give you good service at a fair price 😁.
Been using them for the last 20 years and they have never let me down. Trust me they always will give you an honest assessment of your car and what should be done to fix it. Only wish that I could give them "6 ⭐ Star's"

Car was booked in for a 36k service via the lease provider. Arrived for a while you wait booking to discover the lease company had not booked it in for a service, but to investigate the service light being on! Rob could not have been more helpful in contacting the lease company and ordering the parts to turn around what could have been a wasted trip. Car serviced, washed and returned to me in under 2 hours! There are a couple of coffee shops in walking distance and they also offered a car collection service for future bookings. I can not highly recommend the personal service and effort displayed. The polar opposite of the corporate lease provider I have the contract with!

I would highly recommend using Collisons. I phoned with brake problems and having no idea what was happening. With not being able to give much detail of what could be the problem and only being able to give a brief description of when the problem happens. They managed to find the problems with my brakes. Order the parts and fix it really quickly knowing in just 3 days from dropping my car off that I was due to go on holiday with it! I’m so impressed with how fast they fixed it and how professional and helpful they have been. I will definitely be using them for future mots and problems that may occur with my car again! They also ensured I had enough washer and oil in my car before my long journey ahead of me! I am very impressed and pleased 😌

I came across this garage because of the warranty that I have with my car. I have used these guys for a couple of issues which I had on my car. I am truly impressed with how lovely the staff are. Jamie and his team have gone above and beyond with issues that my car had. I had updates every step of the way with the repairs on my car. I live a distance away from this garage however I can honestly say, they are absolutely worth the distance to travel too.
