I’ve been renting through Edwards Grounds for a year now and it’s been a breath of fresh air.

Even though my landlord isn’t on a maintenance contract, Edwards Grounds still goes above and beyond to ensure issues are rectified in a timely manner.

Would recommend this estate agents.

Lady who showed me around the house was lovely and managed to fit me in quickly,I wouldn't of got the house if I hadn't got there that Thursday!
My solicitor has trouble contacting the sellers solicitor and after I had sent over my mortgage in principle I never heard from them again until they informed me the sellers solicitor had left and my solicitors emails weren't being answered due to this.That was the last I heard,on completion day I couldn't get into the shop so i had to ring the shop to see what was going on,a man came to the door and it felt like I was giving him such a inconvenience,there was no thankyou good luck or anything it felt like I was simply staying in a caravan site for thr week.I was majorly disappointed by this as it was my first home I purchased 😢
