It's another Premier Inn - nice and clean as one would expect.
Also, was reasonably priced. The room was very spacious on this occasion.

Only a 4-star this time, since check-in was a little chaotic.
Door was locked when we arrived, took a while for the receptionist to let us in on arrival. Receptionist didn't really stick to the point, and I was tired after a week's work and a long journey. I wish he had kept things brief. Not helped by an arrogant guest who arrived at the same time as we did.

Breakfast was good. I prefer cooked food to order over buffet, which was nice.

I have been staying at this premier inn for many years during the build and break of Creamfields Festival. This year I found myself needing to stay for a longer period of around 9 days. The two wonderful ladies on the reception, Amy and Emma could not have been more helpful to me during my stay if they tried. Their customer service was truly outstanding and their friendly demeanour really made my stay away from home for such a long time much more pleasant. Big thanks to them in particular.

As always the staff are great, we had a room in the older part of the hotel. It looks very tired and worn out and the corridor to our room had a strong smell of damp. The room was comfortable as usual but the hotel needs some loving care and attention.

Excellent stay. Great location with plenty of parking. The on site Beefeater was excellent value with great food. Bedrooms and showers up tot he usual standard. Rooms very quiet considering proximity to the M56. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Typical premier inn layout in the rooms. Bed very comfortable as were the pillows.
Smelt a little damp at first but settled once the window was opened. Likely due to the fan not working in the bathroom. Shower was good pressure over the bath. Could do with a shower mat option as a little slippy but there are grab rails.
Just a bit of tlc in the room is needed.

What you expect from a premier Inn, Beefeater is my favourite adjoining restaurant so all good there. Window opens next to the motorway and no air con but they're is a big desk fan provided. If more than one bed being used then probably best to bring extra fans so everyone gets some benefit. Stairs were a bit creaky

Well run with excellent staff. Rooms can be hot and noisy if you're on the side of the motorway. There isn't air conditioning in the rooms, just a fan. Our room was set up with the fan running when we arrived which helped.

Sadly, this hotel really needs an air con upgrade.||||For balance, it was easy to check in and get to the room. Plenty of parking and no other issues.||||Warmth was a big problem. The room was really warm. No air con means having the window open and a fan in the room. ||The hotel next to the motorway so with the window open, its really noisy. ||||Unfortunately, it was really difficult to sleep due to the heat..having to leave the fan on overnight and window open meant too noisy and too hot. ||||The place is in desperate need of air con retro fit.||||No staff around at reception to complain to so we left early morning.
