We sat here eating fish n chips from my favourite chippy when we visited friend from runcorn. It was approaching sunset, the view was beautiful, unfortunately the bridge wasn't lit up but apparently it should have been. There are some plaques with information on about the bridge / wildlife. Beautiful and peaceful. I expect its busy in the daytime. Not too many spaces for parking.

Great views of the bridges crossing the mersey. Free parking. Not much else there, but if you like taking photographs, as I do, a favourite place to do this. Hence, 5 stars from me.

The kids love going here to feed the variety of birds. Free parking as well. Take plenty of bird seed, they are so friendly that they will eat out of your hand.

Lovely warm sunny day so had a stroll along Mersey Road. No toilets or cafe here but nice place for a walk & if you need to sit there are plenty of benches. Take some birdseed for the pigeons.
