Loved staying at Little Croft. It's so peaceful, love watching the wildlife: rabbits, foxes, squirrels, deer, just outside the cottage.
Hosts are wonderful - on hand, friendly and helpful, without being intrusive.
Cottage is comfortable, clean, well-equipped and roomy.
Will definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

Pine Croft...lovely setting. Very dog friendly. Two large enclosed fields for them to roam in plus plenty of dog bins.
Negatives? A bit overpriced,bedrooms a little small as wardrobes won't open in full. Only a SMART TV so no iPlayer or catch up TV.

However lots of positives. The welcome cake box(from the Baking Post in Perranporth), complimentary tea and coffee,2 bathrooms,one with shower/one with shower and bath,both with toilets.
Large living room,spacious kitchen,lovely 3 piece sofa,comfy beds. Set in a great location near to Perranporth and perfect for our drives to the SW Coastal path.

From start to finish we found our stay,perfect. Molly & Matt warmly greeting us when we arrived and are the perfect hosts. The scenery and environment are beautiful and we loved going to sleep and waking up feeling like we had slept in a cabin in the woods...surrounded by farms and so much nature there are amazing walks & hikes to go on. We found the cottage spacious & cosy and felt like home away from home. We will definitely stay here in the future again and highly recommend it to couples and families.

It was Beautiful . Very well equipped and spotless .
This small site of 5 cottages set in a magical woodland is a Hidden Gem .
Perfect and so peaceful and hosts Molly and Matt nearby to help with anything

We had a wonderful time at Croft Farm, it is run by easily the nicest people you could ever want to meet.
The cottage itself had been recently refurbished and felt light and welcoming, plenty of room for our family of four and would have happily taken a couple more.
Everything we needed (plates, cutlery, pans etc.) was there and with a dishwasher to save most of effort too.
We had a washer/dryer that meant we were able to have a traditional Cornish Easter holiday (in that it rained a fair bit) without needing to do tons of laundry when we got home.
Lots of other little welcoming touches were there too, including an easter egg hunt for the kids around the grounds (I figure this may be a seasonal thing!).
Lovely place, lovely people and we are already looking forward to coming back.

Marvellous venue; secluded enough to give you absolute peace and quiet, whilst actually less than five minutes walk to the local pub and shops. The coast is just under three miles away with great beaches and walks to highlight the stunning views.

Friendly staff who have been great to us (even patiently driving to meet us when the sat nav took us wildly off course) and the place is dog friendly too.

I cannot recommend it enough, I will definitely make the effort to come back in future.

Fabulous place to stay, we have stay with Matt and Molly on numerous occasions and loved each visit. They are fabulous hosts. Their cottages are so comfortable and the wildlife is amazing.

Fantastic location, very clean and well equipped holiday cottages. We wish we could've stayed longer. Magical place with superb hosts who even threw in the best pizza ever, made on their own wood fired pizza oven. An excellent choice for perranporth, Newquay and Truro area without the hassle of a busy resort. Oh and fresh laid eggs from their chickens. FAB!!
