We had to hire a car due to our van failing its MOT.
Sheffield Queens Road were really good - I spoke with Oliver on the phone beforehand - he answered all of my queries. Ben & Joel were really helpful on the pick up/drop off and they gave me a great price. What a relief to be able to find a decent car/van hire place which has great vehicles and doesn't rip me off. Will be using Enterprise every time I need a hire vehicle - TOP MARKS!

I had a courtesy car from Enterprise while my car was being repaired. They made the whole process stress free for me. Dionne at the Queens Road branch was so helpful when I picked the car up and even came to collect it afterwards. Definitely recommend!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I paid to rent a car, and before 48 hours of my rental time, they asked me to pay the deposit. So everything seemed fine, but when I arrived, they told me they couldn’t rent me the car because I didn’t have a credit card. I told them I’ve booked and paid for some places but they cancelled my reservation and told me I had to contact customer service myself to get a refund. I found it absurd that they couldn’t notify customer service directly.

When I called, I waited on hold for about 30 minutes before finally speaking to someone, who told me the refund was “on the way.” That was two weeks ago, and I still haven’t received it.

Moral: Before booking, make sure you have a credit card, not a debit card.

Excellent customer service, very friendly staff and we ended up with a better car than the one we booked. Everything was seamless. Will definitely use again next year when we return!

Really solid service start to finish. The staff were friendly, super easy to pick up and drop off, easy to find.
In honesty, I thought it would take ages but I was there for about 5 minutes in the morning to pick up the van.
Thought I'd have to fill the van up when returning but they operate a same volume of petrol/diesel scheme so only had to put about a quarter tank in.
Returning was super easy too, in and out in about 5 minutes again.

Would definitely recommend to anyone hiring a vehicle!

Use Enterprise Queens Road regularly for van hire, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Oliver & his team have looked after me well for which I am grateful. It is a busy site being in the centre of a city. I noticed they have recently had the interior offices painted to keep up appearances.

Very disappointed with this company. Booked to hire a 9 seater minibus over a month and a half ago to take a big family holiday to theme parks in London. Made sure we booked the minibus first before booking anything else. Got a phone call this morning on the way to pick it up to say the minibus had a crack in the windscreen, but we could still take it. We turn up and discover that the crack goes from the driver side all the way past the middle of the windscreen, obscuring the driver's view and very unsafe to drive with. We cannot risk taking this as the driver has a driving job and would receive points on his license for driving with such a crack if pulled over, which then would risk his job. The person we spoke to, James, even said it hadn't passed it's safety checks but was still willing to let us take it. We refused as it is too risky and was promised an alternative from a different branch to pick up at 17:30 (which was already leaving it quite late - we were picking it up originally at 10am) but we agreed as we had no other choice. However, at around 14:30 we get a call saying that the customers currently renting the minibus have extended their hire so it is no longer available. So we have no hire minibus which means we are now out of pocket. We've lost money on 3 hotel rooms, 39 theme park tickets, dogs being boarded and taking time off work. Not to mention 6 disappointed children, two of which are autistic and don't understand why plans have been cancelled. Plus two disabled adults too. I will never use this company again, disregarding safety and letting customers extend the hire of an already booked minibus.

Tried to hire a car here months ago - did everything online. Got to the place and they wouldn't let me hire the car because the system said so. Everything was approved and paid for before this. Luckily Arnold Clark had some cars available otherwise I'd have been unable to do an airport run and my girlfriend would have been left stranded. I also had to call them to remind them about my refund - which I got about 3 weeks later.
