Avoid avoid avoid. Seriosly. Dont waste your time. They asking you pay in front. On day they try to give me completly different car as we agreed and also charge me another 250£ for deposit even I paid already 250 day before. Now need wait even days for refund made me short to rent somewhere else. !!!

Hired a LWB van to move some furniture, the van had the engine light on and needed a new tail light bulb which was disappointing. Would have thought they would have at least have sorted it before picking it up.

However the van did the job and the guys at the office and the garage were nice so can't complain however the 100 mile limit is a bit daft with a 10p per mile extra charge.

Would use this company again but I'd prefer a better quality vehicle, I'm not expecting the nicest vehicle but it should at least be legal to drive on pick up.

I don't recommend the van I hired, booked a van for 4pm and they didn't turn up till and booked a load wheel base and got there to find they didn't have one so had to put with a sprinter which would done the job but spend more broke down out side the house, due a flat battery and other battery issues, definitely no frills, and warning light in the dash put me off wanting use them again and hard to get hold of when if u won't complain, can only speak about branch in Sheffield, cos.there a franchise.
