Absolutely amazing service!! 5* doesn’t do it justice, got messed about by lots of companies and they saved the day, had two different drivers one there one back and both were genuinely the nicest people you could ask for! Would definitely recommend whether it be a short return or airport run these are the people you need! Also the best prices you will find anywhere around!!

I will never use this company again! I made an online booking for a return journey to a wedding reception and the taxi never arrived. I rang them on numerous occasions and there was no answer!

Couldn’t find a fault ! Had a Taxi booked to Take us to the Airport and everything was perfect. Lovely Office Staff where happy to take the booking explained everything so well got confirmation of my booking straight after near to my booking day got a courtesy call from my driver just going through my booking and confirming everything took us out to the Airport lovely driver helped with the luggage Same driver brought us back from Airport and messaged us before hand to confirm everything again couldn’t give any less than 5 stars for this journey well done Apollo 👏🏼

Took a party of 9 to and from a wedding venue at a few hours notice. When they couldn't send the appropriately sized vehicle they sent the bigger bus with loads of room. They also sent a text and link with vehicle tracking which always kept you up to date brilliantly. Would happily use again.

I'm not sure of the drivers name but he was a god send on new years day morning (5oclock). Good price and very polite driver. He had patience and even waited an extra hour for us to be ready, let use stop for food and eve came back to drop off a phone that was left in his vehicle. Absolute legend! I would definitely be requesting this driver again In the future and would definitely recommend this company if in need of a taxi in Sheffield

Called to ask for prices. Shouting down the phone asking how much it would be from 1 staff to the other until they realise I wasn't put on hold. Then I ask if there are any cheaper price at all as I don't live in the area, and the guy passed the phone to a woman who rudely responded "the cheaper option love, is getting the Bus" . Absolutely horrible customer service. I wouldn't even call them if my life depended on it. Shocked. Less than 1 star.

Excellent service. I lost my phone on a night out. I rang them and the lovely driver had handed it in. Pick up on time for outward journey and return journey. Telephone operator was friendly and we shared a laugh. All my taxi journeys will be with Apollo now.

Had multiple taxi firms confirm then let down my disabled relative! After 3 hours of trying to find a taxi company who would accommodate a wheelchair! This taxi firm pulled through! Professional, accommodating and the only one here to provide access to a disabled person! I’m now deleting excel app and using this firm from now.

Thank you again for your professional response! And even more so for checking up and making sure my relative got home ok! Very heart warming and shows that customer service is always your number 1 priority!
