Great service, from start to finish, the online system that I used to book my hire car was very easy to use reception staff were very helpful and friendly, open and honest about the services they can offer to help me protect myself with extra cover. I was able to hire a car seat for my child which I found helpful and saved me having to travel with my own which was a relief!

The car was very clean and there was a fresh scent to the vehicle, Samuel who assisted me on reception was very kind and showed me around the vehicle and helped me connect my phone and explain how things worked in the vehicle.

On the return of the vehicle Samuel kindly helped me remove my luggage from the vehicle and also booked a taxi for me which was great as I didn’t know the area or local taxi company’s

Overall I am extremely pleased with my experience they have made it very pleasant and I will definitely be recommending to my friends back home and I will also with out hesitation use Drivalia on my next trip over to Sheffield! Thank you!

Really efficient and organised company. Samuel was really friendly, had documents and car key within 15 minutes by of arrival.
The Peugeot car was a good size, spotlessly clean, full tank of petrol and had up to date sat nav and clean air zone prompts. Would definitely use again and have recommended to several friends and colleagues already. Thankyou.

I had an absolute nightmare of a day with my car breaking down on the outskirts of Sheffield, my car was taken to a near by garage, drivalia Sheffield was reccommended to me by the recovery company! I googled the company gave them a call, Samuel was extremely helpful, I managed to get a taxi to their depot, and was driving a brand new car away within the hour! Cannot recommend them enough!
