Reliable and helpful company

I have been using Flyplaces for a number of years now. I travel through India for 2 months of the year. All my flights are booked through this company. All the agents are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure that you get the best price. They have flight arrival and departure times at their fingertips and arrange all interconnecting flights within minutes.

The most impressive thing is that they email your flight itinerary for you to say OK before taking money from your card. First class customer service.

Fantastic never had no problems

Booked with flyplaces over 6 times never had a problem even when Thomas cook went bust I got my refund within 5 days so I had time to rebook for same dates for this Christmas. The guy who made our booking was excellent, took time to explain everything , I will be booking next year summer holidays with them again.

Had to book lastminute emergency ticket to Toronto, serched online and called every travel agent and could not find any ticket cheaper than £1500, by luck one of my colleague told me to search flyplaces on Google and got the number. When I called the guy on the phone offered me £290 one way for next day travel, I booked it straight away and got to Toronto on time to see my Mother. All around good service, amazing and very relaxing

Just come back from our East Break in Sri Lanka, had a fabulous family holiday, although we had to shorten our trip due to an attack in the Capital, when called to change our flights , the the agent on the other line was very helpful and got us on to the next day flight back . I cant thank enough ..will definitely use them again..
