Excellent, professional company. Took my son to Birmingham Airport early yesterday.We changed original pickup time .No problem. Taxi arrived on time ,smooth transfer in a beautiful car, spotless.Will use again for Airport or Sea port transfers .Well done Sapphire.

Very good service...but disappointed that the charge from Chesford Grange to Warwick was £15 but then was suddenly £20 for the exact same return journey..

Used this service on a very cold October evening.
It was 11:30 pm outside the Tesco express in Lillington and a friend of mine whose electric wheelchair had broken down was unable to get back home. Every taxi company we telephoned to try and get a wheelchair access taxi was unable to help.
Phoned Sapphire taxis not only did they have someone with us in 15 minutes the taxi driver himself rang us to let us know he was on his way. He then messaged when he had dropped off my friend back to his home address so that I knew he had got home safely.
The taxi drivers name was Mahmoud really nice man very caring. Thank you
