Absolutely terrible the holiday we wanted was costing us three times more than booking direct and we were sent a picture of a room with a balcony to be given an inside cabin. (Cruise ship) they expected us to know the inside ones were called sea view so when my partner said he literally wanted a sea view so we could sea the views they stuck us in one with no balcony and a tiny window. We can ellrd pet them keep the deposit and booked direct with p & o got a balcony room a lot bigger and a lot cheaper still saved around 900 letting them keep our deposit and going elsewhere and actually getting what we want. Then had too wait over 10 days for a refund of a hundred pound they owed us on top of the deposit.
