We received an excellent service before, during and after our holiday. The villa was everything we hoped it would be and Holly at Villa Retreats knew the area well and gave us some great ideas for family activities that turned out to be perfect for us. She and Sally also helped us to resolve an issue that cropped up while we were away. It was very reassuring knowing that they were there, enabling us to have the best holiday possible. We highly recommend them.

My family and I enjoyed a magnificent holiday in a wonderful villa, superbly organised by Villa Retreats. We were extremely grateful to Sally in particular for her organisational skills, the care which went into the planning, and her friendly and efficient approach which led to a relaxing and carefree holiday. Would highly recommend!

**Avoid**

Villa was filthy. Ants everywhere (inside and out), showers mouldy, glass toilet brush holder smashed, grime and crumbs in drawers, appliances not working, bed linen old and cheap, pillows wafer thin, no cleaning products available.

Company advised they would not move us unless we paid the full amount for another villa.

Disgrace of an organisation with no interest in supporting us on arrival. "Like it or lump it".
