The hotel was reasonably priced, which is what influenced my one night stay. The staff were friendly, check-in was quick. My room was on the 10th floor so it was quiet. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was below expected standard. There were food crumbs on the chair and the floor. The carpet had horrible stains, by the bottom of the bed. This may have been curry, or something more unpleasant, I did not investigate further. As a lone female staying on my own in Leeds, I felt the hotel was not in the most desirable part of town and I found the area a little daunting this led me to decide to eat at the hotel as I had not eaten all day. There was a very limited menu, no specials board was available despite the menu advising to ask about it. I ordered Lasagna, which was reasonably priced. It looked nice when it arrived but it was cool at the edges and stone cold in the middle, certainly not edible. The kitchen had run out so there was no replacement available. The very limited menu offered no other acceptable alternatives I therefore felt there was no option but to ask for a refund, which was given. Hopefully breakfast may be a better experience.

This hotel met all my basic needs and fulfilled my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, with more power sockets than I had expected for its size. The staff were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

In addition, the car park has a 22kW EV charging station, which was very convenient throughout my 3-night stay.

I highly recommend this hotel for the value it offers for the price you pay.

Location was great; easy walking distance to city centre shop and entertainment venues. We were there to see Warhorse in the Grand Theatre. Lots of parking (chargeable). Nice reception area and helpful staff.|Disliked · There were several maintenance issues. The ensuite toilet seat was loose and unsafe. There was about 9 inches of circulation space to the right side of the bed. One lift was out of order. The carpet in the breakfast area was extensively stained, as was the carpet in the 9th floor landing. All the carpets could do with a good clean. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was also out of order. We walked along the road side of the hotel where weeds were growing and the ceramic panels were dirty. Gravel from some of the parking places has spilled onto the tarmac and needs sweeping away. Meagre supplies of tea and coffee making facilities within the room. We won't hurry back!

Staff was superb. Very friendly and cheerful. Bar was open all night and food was available 24hrs. Plenty of options at complimentary breakfast. Lovely stay. Secure parking in the middle of city centre for £20 for 24 hours was a reasonable price and the good thing is you can go in and out as many times as you like. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here overnight for work. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. Plentiful parking to the front, though you have to pay extra. Breakfast was good too. I've bumped it up to 'excellent' as the staff were welcoming and the room was all I needed. A great value hotel.

Stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Leeds for one night last week with my husband while visiting the city for a concert, and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. Service was excellent – friendly and attentive throughout.

We made use of the gym and were pleasantly surprised – it had a good selection of machines and a well-thought-out layout, perfect for a quick workout. Breakfast was great too – very varied and good quality, with plenty of options to suit all tastes.

The hotel also has a car park, which is a big plus if you're driving. If not, it’s an easy 10–15 minute walk from Leeds station, so very convenient either way.

All in all, a great base for a trip to Leeds – we'd definitely stay again.

Very basic room, nothing too special. But nice location and friendly staff. The gym facilities were really good and enjoyed using them! Breakfast was included - it can be busy depending on the time. Huge parking space. Overall l had comfortable stay!
