This hotel has completely mastered the art of creating memorable experiences for its clients. Throughout our 3 day stay they paid attention to all the details and went above and beyond. The location is great too; you are right in the heart of all the major attractions within walking distance.

We stayed at the Conrad St James during a spur of the moment trip to London. The family was quite familiar with the property having stayed there recently. I was not. The location is perfectly situated within easy walking distance to Westminster and Buckingham Palace and there is a tube station across the street. Despite the great location, it is the hospitality of the management and staff that make this the hotel for a visit to London. My sincere appreciation to Kate and the staff for a great experience.

This hotel is very nice and in the perfect location if you’re visiting London! Breakfast is the best hotel breakfast you’ll find with a mix of hot order items and fresh buffet options. My hot porridge was really nice every morning. And of course they have chocolate croissants. There are plenty of great restaurants attached and nearby for lunch or dinner.
I’m a paraplegic so see my wheelchair accessibility comments below if interested.

For our 5th visit to London, we stayed at the Conrad London St James for nine nights in September 2025 and I would *highly* recommend this hotel to others. Our room (249) was spotless, comfortable, and the perfect "home base" for our visit to London. The hotel's location cannot be beat, the facility itself is top notch, but it's the staff that will keep us coming back. Without fail they were kind, welcoming, and excellent at their jobs. My husband and I actually had a conversation about whether staff that consistently good are that way because they are hiring the right people or training them exceptionally well, and we agreed it must be both! From the front of house to reception, from those who clean the rooms to those who work in the lounge, everyone is on their game. Thank you, Conrad Hilton St James, for one of the loveliest stays of our life...we'll be back!

If you are thinking about staying at the Conrad, just do it! I recently stayed at the Conrad St James for two nights while on a trip around Europe and had a delightful and memorable experience. This was my favorite hotel stay I've ever stayed in. No detail was left out to enhance the guest experience. From check-in to check out and every moment in between, I felt special, every need taken care of and anticipated. Breakfast was so lovely! Really enjoyed the executive lounge. The turn down service was luxurious. Every single staff member was exceptionally trained. The bed was the best bed I have ever slept in, this is so important and often overlooked in most hotels. I have been telling everybody I know how amazing my stay is. I want to book another trip to London just to stay here. Thank you for making us feel so taken care of! We will be back!

I stayed five nights at the Conrad St James. The Hotel was beautiful. The tube is across the street. Walking distance to everywhere! The Bellman were kind and helpful. The guest rooms were gorgeous. David who checked us in was SOOOO kind. He gave us a tour and a glass of prosecco. But our absolute favorite was Peter in the executive lounge. So kind and attentive I had to give him a hug on the way out...

On St. James park, within blocks of Buckingham Palace. Nice area. Beautiful rooms. Lounge access has good breakfasts, and snacks throughout the day. The restaurants and the Pub serve good food and drinks. Highly recommend!

We returned to the Conrad London St. James after staying last year, and once again had a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant and welcoming, the service impeccable, and the food excellent. It was also lovely to see Kate again at check-in — she took the time to greet us personally and made us feel so special.|Every member of staff we met was professional and friendly, which really makes this hotel stand out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and look forward to our next visit.
