This is a great hotel. The staff are genuinely so great, everyone is so kind and helpful. Starting at check in Victoria was able to hook us up with rooms hours before check in - which was literally so incredible after a red eye flight from the us.
Maria in the executive lounge was so kind to our family every night and made you feel completely at home.
The executive lounge has a beautiful terrace with a gorgeous city view.
The hotel is in a great location with tons of things within an easy walking distance.
Nice, clean rooms.
My ONLY complaint is that the beds are very hard.

Just a quick one night stay but we were super impressed, the customer service on the desk was spot on, couldn’t fault it & the ambience was friendly & had a nice buzz.
The room was more than adequate, a good size, very clean & nice & quiet. My only slight disappointment was the bed, you could feel the springs in the mattress and the pillows were a little flat. It wouldn’t put me off staying here again though, in fact it’s my new go to hotel when in London. The location is superb! Just across the road from London Bridge station and seconds from some great shops & restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. But what really made my experience special was the warm welcome I received at the reception.||Victoria, who works at the front desk, was always so kind, cheerful, and helpful. Every time I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel truly at home. It’s little things like this that turn a good stay into a memorable one.

Stayed here as it was my friends birthday and our wedding anniversary that week so we had a night in London and made a weekend of it. We had booked a King Deluxe double room but when we arrived they upgraded us to a King Deluxe Executive room. The room and facilities were excellent. We had use of the executive dining room with great views and the breakfast were superb. As Hilton Honours Silver members we seriously couldn't have asked for more. Reception who were wonderful and efficient also gave us a free drinks voucher as it was our wedding anniversary. The tube at London Bridge station is nearby as is the South Bank and St Katherines dock areas. If anyone is doing an overnight trip to London or even a longer stay I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in such a beautiful location, one block from the Thames and the Tower Bridge is a block away. Walk the Bridge to the Tower if you get a chance. Best of all the Hop on Hop Off bus stop is just a block away and easy access to get around the city. The Staff were wonderful at the front desk. Patient and went out of their way to get us one of our two rooms early as we had the overnight flight and arrived very early. |The executive lounge had a great selection of items and the outdoor seating was excellent with its view of the Shard! Thank you for treating team members like Royalty!

We had an overnight stay in an Executive King Room (worth ÂŁ300+ per night), and we were thoroughly disappointed.

Starting with the check-in experience: the receptionist was immediately unprofessional and inappropriate. We had redeemed a voucher with a different Hilton representative who told us that everything was all set, and all we had to do was show our booking confirmation document upon arrival.
When we got there and after confirming my name and ID, the receptionist refused to even look at the booking confirmation document, and demanded that we send her the voucher we had used to her via email (which we did several times over the course of several hours because she couldn’t receive it).
I tried to show her the QR code and the voucher number, to which she refused and insisted that she needed it emailed to her. Why have a QR code and a unique voucher number if it’s useless in this kind of situation? Why do you need to confirm that I’ve paid for the room if the booking is already confirmed?

Despite allegedly not receiving the email with our voucher—which had already been sent to a Hilton representative in order to confirm our booking days prior—she still gave us the keys to our room and later called us to tell us that she hadn’t received the email with our voucher. If the email was so essential, then why did she give us the keys to our room before even looking at the voucher?
Either the voucher wasn’t necessary, OR the voucher was essential and she gave two random people the keys to a room in their hotel. Either way, this shows a total lack of professionalism.

Onto the room itself: There was an overall lack of cleanliness, and it was small for an “executive” king room. I’ve attached pictures of the stained bed sheets, the greasy fingerprints on the closet and the chipped, worn out table (among other dirty things).

My wife and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and decided to book Hilton London Tower Bridge for our stay. One of the best decisions we have ever made. The staff greeted us warmly and was very professional. We had requested a king deluxe room with a view of the Shard, which wasn’t ready. They apologized for the room not being ready and offered us complimentary drinks while we waited, which we gladly accepted. It didn’t take long to get the room ready and we were pleasantly surprised to see a nice bottle of red wine and glasses in our room. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Our booking included breakfast each day, which was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We had one night at this Hotel in an Executive Room. This is the second visit. Staff very helpful and friendly. Executive Lounge was really good. The terrace had a lovely view of the Shard. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff, especially Blanka Hergyo.
