We stayed here over night on a touring break for my 65th birthday. We arrived a little early and waited in the comfy quiet room. We chose to take a late lunch while the suite was being prepared. We have stayed at Puckrup previously and it is a very traditional formal setting, and extremely welcoming. We were generously upgraded, in recognition of our Diamond membership. I was also given a half bottle of Prosecco and some chocolates for my birthday, The suite was beautifully presented and immaculately clean. Staff were all very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with quality produce all freshly cooked and perfectly presented. This hotel is set in lovely surroundings has its own golf course, spa and pool. Located just outside of the historic town of Tewksbury with views over the Malvern Hills and located in the Cotswolds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for a short break, or a longer holiday to explore the Cotswolds or that business event..

A dated but nicely located Hilton. The service of the personnel could be quicker but overall a friendly service. The hotel has to be cleaned better. I killed 3 spiders in the room in their web. There were more so in the corridors. The ashtray i left outside with a finished cigar was still there the next evening. The breakfast was decent but the food overall needs a bit of improvement. The grounds are very nice and the hotel accepting dogs is very convenient. Overall it was an average stay. I would recommend it though in the region, especially for golfers, making a note of the above.

We stayed last night in a triple room, as a stop over to break the journey home. The previous 2 nights we stayed at other Hiltons which were very nice, but I felt the need to write a review to congratulate this hotel on its great customer service. The reception staff on check in and completing our stay were excellent. We stopped off in Tewkesbury on our way home and it's well worth a visit. A beautiful town. We would definitely recommend.

Came here for my sister-in-law's wedding which was a fun affair. Large relatively impersonal hotel set in lovely grounds with a good looking golf course attached. The hotel has a spa with gym, small pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - all available to the guests. Golf is extra. Nice enough stay and slept well. Reception was chaotic and wedding food mediocre, but breakfast - a buffet - was superb; and there were some lovely staff.
I much prefer small hotels or B&Bs with personality but for what it is, with the exception of reception, it did it well.

We booked the Hilton Grand Suite, and we definitely felt grand! The room service was outstanding since the cleaners cleaned our room every day, replacing the towels and fixing the duvets. You get to experience a breathtaking view of the golf course. When booking, we were concerned about others pointing to aging furnitures but we felt it was all good. Overall this was a 5-star experience. Well done, Hilton.

Really lovely hotel. Great location for Tewkesbury, Upton Upon Severn and surrounding areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very gold leisure facilities. Rooms very spacious and comfy. Very nice grounds. Great selection for breakfast. Would recommend.

If I could leave no stars I would. We had a group booking for two rooms and when booking with booking.com we booked the incorrect night, we realised the date was wrong immediately after booking the date it should have been tomorrow night and not tonight. We called booking and then the hotel straight away. The hotel would not change the night or provide help after a genuine mistake was made. This has never happen to us by any other hotel chain. Booking. Com were very helpful and tried everything they could and they even spoke to the hotel direct, but the hotel didn't want to know. We will not book with this hotel group ever again.

I had the hotel's expected response on t's and c,'s its easy to hide behind this excuse. So in effect you are saying mistakes should never be made during bookings and if they are its nothing to do with us? I doubt very much mistakes on bookings have never been made in the past and if they have watch out. I am disgusted with this reply as booking.com tried to intervene and tried to sort this but the hotel didn't help at all. Lack off common sense and customer care from the hotel. Glad to know customer care is not important so I can take my business elsewhere in future.
