New Brighton Beach exceeded all expectations. The sandy shoreline is spacious and clean, perfect for long walks or just lounging under the sun. The views across the Mersey are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset – a photographer’s dream!

There’s plenty to do for everyone: kids love the promenade and the funfair nearby, while adults can enjoy the cafés, bars, and independent shops just a stone’s throw from the beach. Even on busy days, the atmosphere feels relaxed and welcoming.

Whether you're local or visiting, it's the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer than planned. Already looking forward to my next trip!

New Brighton Beach is a wonderful spot for a relaxing day out with family or friends. The promenade is clean and vibrant, offering stunning views of the sea and Liverpool skyline. There’s a great mix of activities — from grabbing an ice cream or fish and chips to strolling along the pier or exploring the historic Perch Rock Fort.

The beach itself is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and family-friendly. Kids will love the shallow waves, and the wide walkway makes it perfect for scooters and bikes. There’s also free parking nearby, which is a huge bonus!

The only downside is that the sandy area is relatively small compared to other beaches, especially during high tide. It can get a bit crowded on sunny days if you're looking to spread out or build sandcastles. However, it doesn’t take away from the charm and overall experience of the place.

Lovely seaside town, with a huge, very clean promenade. Never knew this place existed.

Beach when the tides out is awesome. Lots of local Arcades, food bars, cafes, pubs & supermarkets etc.

Lovely day out, lots of life guards if your using the beach. We found a nice cafe set in some gardens which made delicious cakes and fabulous coffee, lovely views well worth the trip.

A lovely Sunday Sunny evening and had great time! Sandy beach, blue sky, sea shell and clear water treated my mind with clam and relax and found my inner peace there.
