We stopped for one night and were very impressed by both the room, dinner and breakfast.
Our room was spotlessly clean and even had a very welcome air-conditioning unit. Bed was comfortable, shower & bathroom all nice.
Special praise should go to the restaurant. We booked a table of four and all of us remarked how good the food was. My pork belly & mash with black pudding was spot on. Serving staff were lovely and they were working hard as the restaurant was packed on a bank holiday Saturday night.
The remainder of our night was spent in the lovely bar area, trying some of the massive selection of drinks.
To summarise:
Excellent value for money for the room and the food well above pub grub standard. Someone appears to be managing this place well. Happy staff, their efforts should be recognised

We came to Breckland Lodge for carvery this evening and had a lovely time. Can't fault the food, great choice and plentiful. The lady who served us is a credit to your business (brown haired lady with glasses) nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to help us and make it an enjoyable experience. 10/10 service.
We shall be returning.

Found this place by accident on our travels and decided to go for dinner on the way back and so glad we did! The carvery was delicious, everything was spotless and the staff were so friendly, helpful and efficient they really made dinner with two small tired children easy! Desserts were also amazing we had the chocolate brownie and ice cream and the cherry Bakewell. Definitely worth a visit!

I had an amazing stay at this 5-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with every luxury amenity I could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning.

The on-site restaurant served top-quality food, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I also enjoyed the spa – very clean, relaxing, and truly luxurious.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium experience. I’ll definitely return!

I stayed for two nights in room 20 over the August bank holiday weekend with my lovely friend. The room was great, and had all we needed, including 2 double beds which were very comfortable, 2 cupboards, ironing board and hair dryer, TV, an ensuite with bath and shower and shower gel and body cream provided. The evening meals were tasty and good value, and there was a good choice at breakfast. I asked for a sausage and eggs on toast instead of eggs and bacon and they gave me an extra sausage and lots of toast. The staff were all very helpful and there were no issues. There is free parking you just register your reg no with reception. The decor is pleasant and well maintained and I look forward to hopefully coming back again one day, thank you.

We visited mid journey for some lunch, We thought we’d have a change from the normal road side services and cafes. We’re so pleased we did, from the initial greeting all the way through to leaving the staff were brilliant. We had superb food with really friendly, professional service. Only used the restaurant for lunch, and it was excellent. The carvery looked so good all three of us opted for that, and the food tasted as delicious as it looked. |Despite being busy, the service was great, and to top it all off, the prices were reasonable.||Recommended, but make sure to book ahead.
