A fabulous service from start to completion. Everyone at Millbanks was friendly and professional and the level of service and care is above and beyond what I expected.
Emails are sent out regularly which link to your very own portfolio of properties based on your search criteria.
The online media packs for the houses that are on the market are the best I have seen and include not only photos and floorplans, but lots of other info including planning history, info on services at the property, EPC and local infrastructure too.

Once my offer had been accepted, I was updated every week with exactly what was going on with my purchase, without having to chase.
Overall a great service and I would highly recommend!

Although we have now decided to stay put and not sell our house just yet, the service we received from Tony was second to none. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and gave the most up to date and useful advice alongside having a lot of patience. He was excellent with communicating with us, with both properties we were interested in and also with our own home. We will certainly use Tony when the time is right for us to sell our home and we would also recommend him to others. Thanks again!
