Massive SoftPlay, Great Food, Gets the kids tired even after just an hour, loads to do, parking is good as well as seating (if you arrive at the right time)

7 adults and 3 children had an amazing time at the play towers today for a 70th .
The manager is an amazing person. From ringing and booking bowling and soft play, he could not have been anymore friendly and helpful.
10 of us ate in the diner quick,delicious food served by helpful friendly staff.
We will certainly come back-thank you so much xx

Went here for my granddaughter's birthday, the children had a great time. Drink and food available, toilets available, as was plenty of parking. However you are allocated 1hr 45 minutes per slot to tidy/clean up before the next group arrive. When my son went up the tower to collect the youngest son he couldn't believe how filthy the whole thing was, so for that reason only 3 stars.

The softplay is a really good place for all ages children, the staff are really polite and very helpful. The only thing that I would say, is the younger area for children under 4 - sometimes has children quite a bit older than this that go in, which doesn't seem fair on the littleuns. In my eyes, a staff member should be reminding parents to advise their children.

The Bowling side, couldn't fault it one bit - recently took our 2.5 yr old for his first game and he loved it. The Manager was extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Great 👍, we arrived at 10:10 Saturday morning and had the place to ourselves for 15 minutes, kids loved it, and prices were reasonable

We normally love coming to this play area but it was so dirty and smelled so bad this time. There was rubbish and balls of thick dust all around the edges of the under 4 play area (most noticeable around the outside of the ball pit) and the entire under 4 area was covered in thick black grime. My childrens hands were actually filthy after their play today. And worst of all there was a really sharp, pungent rotting smell coming from within the area. One member of staff was asked by another parent to clean one of the small soft slides as it was so covered in something sticky and smelly. We waited over an hour for food which was so over cooked we couldn't eat it -it was like eating rocks.

It is an awful shame and we won't be in a hurry to visit again.

Very clean, staff were lovely. Man on the desk was lovely with our 2 to autistic children.
