We have only dealt on the phone and at the property we were viewing, with Jack, we have not visited him in branch.
However Jack is very professional and very knowledgeable when talking to us, he answered all of our questions with confidence. I would recommend Jack to anyone who is looking to purchase a property , as I know that they would, as we did, receive a Five Star service from him.
Jack is a perfect gentleman, not pushy or invasive when asking questions of us, Before we left he re-iterated what he was going to speak to the owners about, giving us confidence in the knowledge, he listened to us , and did not need to keep looking at a piece of paper for prompts.
