Had my car repaired here and what an amazing job, i called in on the off chance and was greeted by Pete who took me into the office to speak to Cameron who took a look at the damage on my s-max caused by an Amazon delivery driver! Once quoted i was booked in for a quick 48hr turnaround. When picking the car up i couldn't believe the quality of the repair.....these guys are magicians. Thank you so much, Pete and Cameron you a credit to your company. Les.

Used this company via insurance. They were really good. Prompt collection, kept in touch, had an online app to track work schedule and returned car as agreed.
I wasn’t too happy about my car being in their garage all weekend when the work had completed due to time and them not being open at weekends but I’m not going to mark them down for it.
If I needed a garage and it wasn’t through insurance I’d consider them again both for communication and work. Lifetime guarantee on repairs isn’t to be ignored either.

Do not trust this garage with anything. They picked up our car through insurance, once ‘fixed’ they returned the vehicle while we were out. On arriving home we noticed a huge dent in the boot. After calling to be told ‘it wasn’t us’ we had to call back after the weekend. We called again on Monday to be told ‘the damage was already there’ they then sent photos where the damage was clearly not there. The receptionist was so rude it was unreal, she even had the audacity to circle the damage that isn’t visible. We eventually got put through to the site manager who FINALLY admitted they were liable for the damage. They then picked the car back up to repair the damage. They had still missed a part of the damage so it had to go back AGAIN. Car was returned with the fix. Now we are having to deal with a parking charge notice as someone thought it would be a great idea to spend 4 hours in a Tesco car park, even after we had said NOT to drive the car unless it was being pulled into the shop. If anyone ever has a choice of body shop please do not under any circumstances use these.

Absolutely amazing service, our car went in for repair and we mentioned we had a trip coming up, Georgina said she would see if the lead time on the repair could be reduced for us. We got an estimated lead time of two weeks, we had our car back in just over two days 🙂

The repair was to the highest standard and the customer service received was second to none. Thankyou to all the team for turning our car around in such a short time for us 🙂

From booking the appointment to the drop off of my car it has been fantastic service start to finish. Can't thank Georgina enough for keeping me updated on my car and calling me when she says. Courtesy car was immaculate and of high standard. Once my car was returned it looked and smelt like new again. The attention to detail is perfect and made my little boy happy by putting a car airfreshner in. It's thd little things that make lasting impact. Definitely will recommend you to my family for car repairs. Once again thank you for making everything go smooth x

What a breath of fresh air dealing with this company, 1st of all I personally can recommend them 100%
From 1st contact to last contact they have been totally professional and kept me informed with txt messages informing me of the current stage of repair
The work was completed in the time they said it would be completed and a flawless finish
Hopefully I don’t need to use them again lol but if I need any car repairs done I won’t be going anywhere else
