I ordered a taxi at around 10PM, considering I don’t usually use this taxi service I was prompted to use it as my local service was running behind 20 30 minutes due to it being a busy night for them. Furthermore I was in the taxi he was being nice, and I arrived at my destination pretty quickly and was prepared to pay for the service with a £10 British note (obviously) and he proceeded to give me my change in EUROS. I obviously didn’t notice till I got out and he had drove away. My point is I was scammed. Maybe by accident? But what sort of business in Leigh is carrying around different currency? It wasn’t much change but doesn’t defeat the point. Like I said maybe done by accident.
Accidents happen but I’m not impressed with the service.

Have never had a problem with this taxi service. I use it often to get home from Leigh. Usually takes under 20 minutes for a car to become available for you. Drivers are usually polite and most cars comfortable to an extent. Price is fair too, usually around £10 for my journey. Would choose over other taxi services in Leigh area.

Driver ok but car filthy, slashed seat rests and seating covered in white stuff like paint. Could not find the seat belts. Floor covered in rubbish. Not impressed at all.

Booked pickup from Manchester airport and have used for number of years. I was waiting at t2 about 5 in evening and decided to ring as it was gone past pick up time. Lady who answered informed me it was cancelled at 2 p.m. that day. I was on the plane so not by me and she couldn’t/wouldn’t give any more info. Said it would be over hour before she got me another one. It was belting down, cold and no seats nearby and hubby is 78. Not very good customer service. No apology just an acknowledgement it was not cancelled by me. Thought today would bring an apology or some further info from them but nothing. Obviously don’t care. Won’t use again.

don't now where to begin with this

i corlled a cab at about 1:25pm last thursday and explained i have a device used to settle my nerves on taxi rides because i get nervous, the device in question is a small purple pot of custard, halfway through the journey the driver stops and explains how the smell of the custard is making him feel harrassed alarmed and distressed, and would have to fine me double the price of the ride due to his discomfort!!!!!!! will NEVER EVER be using this taxi firm EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find them very reliable, I have never been let down. Recently used for airport drop off and pick up and they were very prompt for both trips and constantly in touch with eta details.
