I was fortunate to having joined The Tour Group of Travel Agency Albatros, visiting the Counties of Dorset, Devon and Cornwall
During 18th to 24th of June 2024. In Bournemouth we met with the most hardworking coach driver I have ever met; Mr. Mark Marshall. Besides beeing hardworking, he was exemplary modest, humble and gentle. I will call him a loving human. The way he treated us with hospitality, service and friendliness was extraordinary. He made us feel like "Queens and Kings". Mr. Mark Marshall worked very long hours, taking care of us passengers first, than the coach, then the hotel employees, and in the end, himself. It made me think of the book title; "Leaders eat last". Mr. Mark Marshall was to me a human leader. The tour was nice, but what I will take home, was the way we were treated. Maya Angelou is cited for the saying: " I have learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel". Mr. Mark Marshall made us feel grateful and humble. I believe we have learned to be better humans. Thank you very much.

I've been using Longmile Coach for years now.6th Nov was the last time we use them Ashley was our driver he was so good friendly,attentive but most of all he is a good driver. See you next week.

Driver was getting so close to cars in front and forcing them into the inside lane. Doing far more than 60 in a 60 zone. When I called he answered phone and denied it. It was dangerous driving and the fact that he then blamed my daughter for driving illegally was disgusting as if that excused his poor driving. Tailgating is dangerous and illegal and the worst kind of driving.
