Do not order from here it’s a hit and miss they just wanna show up when they want. I can’t believe I ordered a taxi for 2:20 because I have to go and collect my elderly grandmother from Holly head she is 74 years old. The taxi did not show up until 250. I had to get my train at 2:52 pm. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never forget this moment and I will never forgive them for that. not that they’re bothered they don’t care but I am absolutely disgusted. I have a disgust in my belly. I just cannot believe that this is happening today. I’m meant to be on a nice holiday and my poor grandmother has never had a holiday in her life and she’s coming all the way from Ireland and I booked this holiday park so it would be close to her and I will be able to meet her at Hollyhead in case she doesn’t understand or in case she needs help with her luggage And this taxi service caused them to make a whole thing that did not need to happen. I am outraged

Used yesterday to get my dad to A&E as I’m 250 miles away. Lady who answered the phone was lovely, calm & sympathetic. Told it would take 5 minutes for the taxi and it did. Got updates by text on type and colour of car and ETA. Fabulous service, thank you Burts

Ordered a taxi the lady on the phone was very rude the taxis was an hour late if they had told me that in the first place lady driver turned up and she wasn't very friendly she took me the longest way around when I asked why she had gone this way she told me it was quicker but it cost me £5.50 more won't be using them again

We came for a family holiday at presthaven and used your taxis a couple of times and must say all the taxi drivers was very helpful with advice on days out and information about the area thankyou for helping make our family holiday eaithen better much appreciated.

Regular user of Burts taxis originally Roberts, booked a taxi this afternoon I was informed it would be a standard fare £10 from Silverbirch Caravan to Prestatyn train station. Once we arrived at Prestatyn train station charged £12. Driver said he couldn't do anything about the fare, spoke with female member of staff Nicky in the booking office she said that is the fare and that's how I have been trained, she then stated the fare should have been £15 as a journey was classed as starting in Gwespyr. We took the same journey on Friday evening and the fare was only £8.20. Also took same journey twice last weekend, fare only £10.00 for each.

Thanks to Burts Taxis my mother-in-law had an absolutely superb Christmas. They kept us informed by text when the car would arrive and the very kind gentleman who picked her up was extremely helpful - she felt totally at ease. The price was also very reasonable considering it was Christmas. This will now be our go-to taxi firm. Kudos to people who not only work the most popular holiday of the year, but treat their customers with respect, unlike another firm who actually rollocked my MiL for daring to ask if she could book a taxi on the day! A1 service. Highly recommend. Thank you, Burts.
