Would not recommend this company at all. If I could give a zero star rating I definitely would.. Colin is very rude from the moment he picks you up Fishguard Taxi's, does not listen to a word you say and talks about unrelated stuff. I've also spoken to his brother Tony's Taxi's who is Colin's brother, he is also very rude. They have zero customer service, they shouldn't be a company as they can't be bothered to take a booking. Such a shame as we were going on a family holiday and his mood just ruined it for us.

I would not recommend this company at all. Very rude. Late picking you up and then complains that he's gonna be late picking up a family member. Asks you to reschedule on a certain day but then doesn't respond. They are very, very unprofessional. His brother is just as bad, Tony's taxi's. Also when he picks you up he just complains and is very very blunt. Messages you back at almost midnight to say that he can reschedule even though we messaged two days before. Every time you try and make a conversation he blanks you and starts talking about something unrelated. Do not ring this company as they will transfer the call to Tony's Taxi's but he's also very rude, will not transfer the call to his brother as he says its his responsibility, Fishguards Taxi's, even though they are linked. I would give a zero star rating if I could. Overall do not bother as you will get an attitude and poor responses as soon as you try and book

Colin is a legend! He drove me all the way from Fishguard to Luton. We had great chats all the way and it was very interesting and enjoyable. He even bought me a coffee at the service stop. I don’t understand the reviews that are not great 😥

Fast and easy service - good laugh

We booked the taxi for a late pick up for 5 people at a remote wedding venue. The driver arrived slightly early. He then threatened to leave without us because we were not all ready. He then threatened to dump us out on a dark remote road because we had not all put our face masks on. He then gave us a diatribe filled with foul and abusive language for the rest of the journey, leaving my wife and daughter frightened and upset. A terrible end to a wonderful day.

Foul mouthed, ranting, aggressive driver - avoid if possible! The journey started well but then the driver started ranting aggressively about various subjects using disgusting language.
