Disgusting service.
Didn’t bother to come and collect my elderly father in law. With over a week’s notice of the service needed!!
When I messaged to see if he was running late he decided to say “sorry can’t make it”. Which is all when and good, but now my father in law has missed his appointment because he hadn’t bothered to let me know so I could book a different company in time.
Extremely unprofessional.

Was stuck for a taxi around the Fishguard area last weekend & Letterson taxis (imran) came to the rescue, in the end we used him 4 times over the weekend & he was always on time & even called 5 minutes before the booking, A1 service 👍🏽

We used this wonderful taxi service for 6 day’s fabulous walking on Coast Path based at Fishguard as buses not running in early May this year and we only have one car. The driver was always timely, car clean and comfortable, driving safe. He knew the country lanes well and was great company at the start of our days. Thank you so much for making our holiday fabulous

Told it would be £10 to go less than half a mile,the meter was not running when we got in the car and when the lady dropped us off she said that £15!!! I refused to pay £15 cause we were told £10 and she accepted the £10 and told us that the boss was always changing his mind!? Surely it should be on the meter?
