They dont bother getting back to you. I was originally told I could move in on Friday. On Friday she got in contact to say Tuesday. after I had rang her 5 times. Then on Tuesday she admitted she hadn't actually bothered to speak to the landlord. Again falling through at the cost of a hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!

Bad service, rents out inhabitable houses and does not take responsibility when things go wrong. Must not be allowed to trade. Fine example of a worst estate agent in town.

Kirsty at Lotys did an excellent job of managing my father’s tenants, liasing with the Local Authority, executing the S21 Notices and ensuring the properties were vacated and ready for sale when my father was no longer geographically in a position to carry out these tasks. We would have no hesitation in recommending her very professional tenancy management services.

Not the best service with language barrier, wrong food was cooked initially so had to wait double the time to get a simple order. Food itself was cooked freshly but not much flavour in the food in general
