We had a truly disappointing and frustrating experience with Absolutely Snow and would not recommend them.

Our transfer to the SNCF was completely mishandled. Disabled passengers were dropped at the wrong terminal, and able-bodied passengers had to sprint through two large terminals in a desperate attempt to catch the train—all because the shuttle was late. Unsurprisingly, we missed the train. Despite clear evidence of the timeline and events, Absolutely Snow has refused to accept any responsibility.

When they believed they could recover the cost from Paris Shuttle, Absolutely Snow were responsive, helpful, and appeared committed to supporting us. However, the moment Paris Shuttle denied responsibility, Absolutely Snow followed suit—abandoning us and leaving us to cover over £1,000 in additional costs ourselves.

We were also promised a refund, which was never honoured. Instead, we received excuses and false claims—such as the suggestion we had time to reach the platform, which is simply untrue and ignores the lived experience of everyone involved.

Absolutely Snow’s behaviour has been deeply disappointing: quick to take our money, quick to promise help, and even quicker to back away when it mattered most. Their lack of accountability and integrity has left a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons.

I would recommend using Le Ski instead. Their staff and service are absolutely amazing - a much better experience overall!

AVOID THIS COMPANY — Absolutely Snow Cost Us Over £1,000 and Refused to Take Responsibility

I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but after Absolutely Snow tried to twist the facts and dodge responsibility, I feel obligated to warn others.

Let me lay out exactly what happened, clearly and factually:

1. The Transfer Was Mishandled

We were left waiting at the Eurostar terminal long after we arrived.

When the taxi finally showed up, it was too small for our group—so we had to wait again for a second vehicle.

These delays were entirely out of our control and caused by the transfer company arranged through Absolutely Snow.

2. We Missed the Train (And They Know It)

By the time we reached Gare de Lyon, the train was literally pulling away from the platform.

Our taxi driver ran through the station with us and even argued with the train conductor, trying to get us on.

To claim we “had enough time” is completely false, and they know it.

3. There’s Written Proof

We have an email from the taxi company admitting the delay was their fault.

Yet Absolutely Snow is now trying to deny everything, because they weren’t able to recover the money from the shuttle company.

When they thought they’d be reimbursed, they were helpful. But the moment that fell through, they abandoned us.

4. It Cost Us Over £1,000 in Extra Tickets

We had to buy new train tickets out of our own pocket.

Absolutely Snow promised to help, but never refunded us and has since made false claims to cover themselves.

As a business owner myself, I’m stunned they would damage their brand over a situation that’s so clearly documented.

Taking responsibility and issuing a refund would’ve cost less than the long-term hit to their reputation.

We gave them every chance to resolve this fairly. They chose not to.

And just to be clear: if Absolutely Snow does the right thing and refunds the amount we’re owed, I will amend this review. Until then, this stands as a clear warning:

Book with Absolutely Snow at your own risk. When things go wrong, they will not have your back.
