Stayed here with a group of 14.
The house was clean and very welcoming with a beautiful welcome basket waiting for us. Facilities in each room were also very good. . We were here during storm Darragh and had to contact the owners for a couple of things: they were very responsive and turned up to help us very quickly indeed, we're very friendly and helpful. One complaint is that the sitting room doesn't accommodate 14 even though the house sleeps 14 easily. We were here to share a meal and the kitchen space is limited. Apart from that we loved the location, the ease of contacting the hosts and the spacious dining room.

Best place for family group or spending a few days with friends, local club get-togethers and space for yourself. Do what you like with plenty of rooms in the spacious house and apartments situated near to zip wire ride and Bethesda village for supplies. Close to mountain walks and good base for Snowdonia treks.an easy drive to the coast close by, Anglesea and historic Castles. House is well maintained knowing the caring owners are around the corner for any needs. Would go again and highly recommend.

This is the most beautiful house in the most idyllic setting. I have just spent five days at this lovely cottage in Snowdonia. This is the view from one of the rooms. I can't recommend this place enough.

Beautiful surroundings. Easily accessible and yet hidden away in trees next to a beautiful stream. The property is modern, welcoming and extremely well appointed. The house feels at one with its surroundings. Highly recommended!!
