A great place to relax, you can buy souvenirs, water, food. Water £2.50, coffee £3.50, magnets +/- £3. There is a toilet, a map for orientation. For convenience, you can go down by train to the city. Adult ticket £35, children £25. You can also pay by card. But there is no mobile communication there. Visitors from Ukraine. Have a good and easy rest everyone!

Yes it's a tourist trap but there is something about enjoying a craft beer or 2 after a hike on top of Wales. I summitted Snowdon twice in a day and was thankful for clean toilets each time

Sizeable visitor centre with toilets, cafe and gift shop. There are some tables inside to sit and have your snacks with a panoramic view across the valley. The toilets are good and clean with enough such that you don’t get long queues. There’s a big map on the wall showing the various hiking routes up the mountain.

Second time climbing, two different paths this time. If you want to try it, don't take it lightly, be prepared for fast weather changes, wear decent walking boots and don't underestimate how hard it can be .

Hiked the Rangers Path on a Thursday in June. Loved doing it. VIews were spectacular.

Money grabbing at its finest. Staff where borderline rude. No wifi or water to fill your water bottle. But dont worry you can just buy a bottled water for 3 quid. Also train is stupid expensive. Somthing like a 45 quid round trip up and down. We went up pyg path and down llanberis. Took us 4 hours in total. Really annoying climing 700+ plus meters for 2 hours on the way up only to be met with crowds of tourists who took at 20 min train journey, who are hogging the summit monument of the mountan they didnt climb for photos while barging people who clearly climbed out of the way. To finish off my rant. Its just annoying seeing a really beauitful place get corrupted by corporate greed and ruined

Went up on a Saturday in mid-June. It was a great time, but I feel the need to caution would-be walkers.

First of all, I did read a few guides online that said the Llanberis bath was 'effectively a country walk'. While I found this silly there was a lot of folks on the road underrepresented, perhaps following this advice. For clarity; even the Llanberis path - easiest of the paths - is a difficult climb. There is kilometer-long sections of 45⁰ gravel, long sections of pointed rocks, and the beating sun without the cover of clouds. Anyone that tells you it's a doddle is a fool.

Also, going up on Saturday had its issues, perhaps remedied by going up on another day. It was busy, so busy we were having to battle past folks all the way up and all the way down. There was never a point we were without someone at our back, and it got worse the further up you git. The summit, or at least the capstone, had a queue that stretched on for 40 minutes. Can't even use it as an opportunity to eat your sadwichies, as there is flies everywhere. Honestly, if you do the rest of the 1084 meters I'd say give it a miss. You did the hard part.

All that to one side, it is very worth it. The views are stunning all the way up, and there is many paths for repeat visits. The gift shop was cute, cafe surprisingly nice, and the summit station had facilities. You can have your butties with the world beneath you, and all of Wales before your eyes.

Well you're on the highest mountain in Wales, just a pity the weather was so bad and I couldn't see the views from the top.
