Will never use this company again. Booked a day trip for 4 people in August for the beginning of October paid £100. The 2 days before the trip it was cancelled, I was told I could book another trip or receive a cheque as no refunds put back on debit card which I paid with? We are now into November and after telephoning and asking about my refund several times only to be told it is coming, I find this totally unacceptable to wait 3 weeks and still no sign of a cheque. I had to resort to a claw back of the money by contacting my card company and they returned the money to me. Appalling customer service.

Gave a great quote 2 years ago. So tried to use them now but no one ever gets back to me I can’t get a quote
Someone did get back to me and the quote was good so we booked
I cannot praise enough. Lovely considerate driver and did everything that was asked of him. Punctual and pleasant

Left 30 plus people due to play at a rugby league master festival in Blackpool without transport. After numerous calls not picked up it has left people rushing around to sort cars out... Do Not Use this Company.

do not use this company!!!!!!!!!! left a preschool class of 30 children without transport for a trip, just didn’t turn up. offered no explanation and wouldn’t answer the phone. luckily we hadn’t paid anything yet but we had to cancel the trip. awful!!

We had a wonderful day out. 20 people from All Saints Thelwall enjoyed our day out to the War Memoiral Arboretum and Lichfield. The booking and admin was great. The coach was early so we just got on and off we went on time. The Driver assisted the less able on and off. i know that we will use Tanseys again next year. Great company

Absolutely shocking never turned up for 30 plus men woman and children all stuck awaiting round while we sorted something out to get us all to Blackpool will never use again. I don't even want give them this 1 star

Do not use this company. They have robbed my business of over £8,500. Coaches were paid for and never turned up. They have never returned a penny despite constant calls chasing for the last 18 months. Dave the owner can not be trusted.

Never again we book are first ever coach outing for 30 plus people they ever turned up we missed are trip, second trip they did turn up but third trip they let us down again and never turned up... I heard one driver has no license and also they have lost there license twice. People need to know about this company ASAP.
